Mission
Coordination and execution of technical projects and initiatives within their area of expertise (Utilities, Facilities, Contract Services, MTO - electrical, mechanical, automation, HVAC), support for strategic projects, advanced risk analysis, and audits. Design innovative solutions for facility optimization, ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards. Serve as the team's technical lead.
What your responsibilities will be
- Execute strategic industrial maintenance projects aligned with corporate objectives and global standards.
- Lead complex engineering and continuous improvement projects.
- Perform advanced diagnostics and resolve critical equipment failures.
- Management and Control
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external contractors.
- Prepare technical reports and investment proposals.
- Continuous Improvement
- Design technical solutions focused on energy optimization and downtime reduction.
- Implement predictive technologies such as IoT, sensors, and data analytics.
Who you are

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Advanced knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems, automation, and HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in specialized software such as CMMS and CAD.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Advanced ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong risk management and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Technical leadership and effective communication skills.
