Grifols Engineering SA, part of the Grifols Group and specialized in developing technological solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, is currently seeking to incorporate a IT/OT Engineer.
The main role mission will be leading the development and integration of Digital Twin models. As an IT/OT Engineer for Digital Twin Models, you will collaborate in the development and integration of intelligent, data-driven models that mirror real-world assets and processes. You will work hands-on with BIM 3D models, establish and maintain consistent naming conventions, and lead the implementation of centralized data management across engineering tools and disciplines.
What your responsibilities will be
- Develop and maintain Digital Twin models for industrial assets and systems.
- Collaborate to Integrate BIM 3D models across engineering disciplines.
- Define and enforce naming conventions and data standards for engineering documentation.
- Implement and support centralized data management platforms for engineering/operational softwares.
- Collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, automation, civil engineering teams and IT to ensure model consistency and data integrity.
- Support the integration of Digital Twin models with IT/OT systems and industrial platforms.
- Document workflows, standards, and provide training to engineering and operations teams.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to digital engineering and data governance.
Who you are

- You posses a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields.
- You have at least 5 years hands-on experience with BIM 3D modeling tools and workflows.
- You have experience in engineering/operational data management, digital twin platforms, or industrial IT/OT integrations and cloud system solutions.
- You have a high level in BIM tools, data platforms (Autodesk Contruction Cloud, AVEVA, Siemens Comos) and knowledge of Python is a plus.
- You have a high level of English (equivalent to C1 - Advanced).
