In the IT Logistics, Quality & Operations applications department, we are looking for a Team Manager to lead the Quality related Applications team in IT.


What your responsibilities will be


  • Lead the team in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality applications
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the IT Quality Applications team is meeting the needs of the business, being aligned with Business Units goals.
  • Align the team results to the strategic objectives.
  • Managing the budget for the IT Quality Applications team
  • Lead the IT Quality Applications projects pipeline.
  • Ensure that resources are used effectively, and mentoring and developing team members to ensure that they are reaching their full potential.
  • Be the main direct responsible and tram representative of the IT Quality Applications
  • Work and define the roadmap for continuous product enhancement and product innovation inside IT Quality Applications

Required skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in a management role
  • Strong knowledge of quality applications and their development, implementation, and maintenance
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in the life science industry and in validated environments.
  • Experience leading projects implementation related to Quality systems.
  • Experience with SAP QM module.
  • Experience with QMS standard market products related to Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, Complaints, Risk Management.
  • Experience with other related QM logistics SAP modules such as WM/EWM, PM or PP
  • S/4 HANA experience
  • Spanish proficiency & English advanced
  • University degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or similar fields
