Mission
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced PMO (Project Management Office) to join our team. The PMO will be responsible for overseeing the project lifecycle process, portfolio and to the required quality standards, together with promoting the PM best practices to the rest of organization.
What your responsibilities will be
- Develop, enhance, and implement mechanisms to track and report on project progress and portfolio status.
- Define and maintain project management standards and processes.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Provide support and guidance to project managers.
- Facilitate project meetings and workshops.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT Engineering or related technical field or relevant work experience
- Proven experience in a PMO role.
- Strong project management skills.
- KPIs and dashboards experience.
- Knowledge about Project financials.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Desirable: PMP/PMO certification and previous experience working with PPM tools.
