What your responsibilities will be
As an IT Manager in Datacenters and Physical Planning, you will play a main role in overseeing the design, implementation, and management of our IT infrastructure rooms, with a particular focus on 4 datacenters and >50 data rooms in different locations worldwide.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of datacenters, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.
- Coordinate and implement changes to the datacenter infrastructure as needed: cabling, install/uninstall assets. Inventory update.
- Manage relationships with datacenter vendors and service providers.
- Help in developing and taking responsibility of implementing strategic plans for physical IT assets, including hardware, servers, and related equipment.
- Optimize physical space utilization within datacenters.
- Lead the planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with other technical areas and business objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance overall infrastructure efficiency.
- Ensure that datacenter and IT infrastructure adhere to security policies and compliance requirements. Conduct and maintain qualifications when needed.
- Implement security best practices and measures to ensure access policies are followed.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals (whether employees or Service Providers), providing guidance and support.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP) is a plus.
- Proven experience in IT management, with a focus on Datacenters and physical infrastructure management.
- Good project management skills with a track record of successful implementations.
- Experience in planning and executing IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- In-depth knowledge of datacenter technologies, physical planning, and infrastructure best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
