Mission
The IT Digital Technology Manager within Plasma Area serves a pivotal role in sustaining and advancing the technology landscape that supports plasma donor centers. This role is accountable for maintaining the reliability and performance of the digital technology services and infrastructure that are essential to operating our plasma donor centers, ensuring stable operations, minimizing disruptions, and enabling safe, efficient, and compliant collection activities.
What your responsibilities will be
- Domain Management & Strategic Alignment
- Oversee the digital technology landscape for plasma donor centers and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security.
- Translate plasma operational needs into IT requirements and review infrastructure and integration standards.
- Contribute to long‑term roadmaps for plasma technology and infrastructure.
- Project Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and coordinate IT activities for plasma projects from planning through deployment.
- Align project requirements, timelines, and deliverables across plasma operations, CoC, MSP, and internal IT.
- Drive readiness, risk management, and smooth execution of all plasma initiatives.
- Service Delivery, Change & Operational Excellence
- Manage day‑to‑day service performance, stability, and availability of plasma technologies.
- Coordinate change, release, and deployment activities with the CoC and MSP.
- Monitor service KPIs, resolve issues, and ensure effective incident and escalation handling.
- Vendor, Partner & Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the primary interface between plasma operations, the CoC, the MSP, and internal IT.
- Ensure vendors meet SLAs and operational commitments and validate MSP changes for production safety.
- Facilitate requirements, communication, and governance input.
- Team Leadership, Knowledge Management & Culture
- Lead and develop the DTS plasma team to ensure strong operational capability.
- Maintain documentation, standards, and knowledge assets aligned with CoC frameworks.
- Foster a collaborative, service‑oriented, high‑accountability culture across teams and partners.

Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, telecommunications, or a related field.
- Advanced English and Spanish communication skills (spoken and written).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plasma infrastructure environments, including BECS systems, donor center infrastructure, and integrations with apheresis devices.
- Solid understanding of plasma-center technologies, IT frontend and backend infrastructure, networking, communication protocols, and monitoring practices.
- Knowledge of security and compliance practices, including secure policies, identity controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience working within ITSM frameworks (incident, change, release) and multi-vendor delivery models (CoC, MSP).

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model
Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
