What your responsibilities will be

In this role, you will lead the development of CRM projects based on Salesforce. The main responsibilities are:

  • Be the principal contact for the international business areas and departments requesting new CRM projects or maintenance on the current ones. You will capture new requirements and propose the appropriate solutions.
  • Lead a team of full stack engineers and external partners involved in the development and maintenance of the requested solutions.
  • Lead the execution of projects, following the Grifols IT methodology and standards, ensuring quality, execution calendar and budget.
  • Coordinate the different project tasks with other IT teams as infrastructure, quality, security, etc.


Who you are

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate engineering or science.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, leading solutions based on Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • You have development experience on Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Scheduler, Mobile Publisher)
  • You have an advanced level of English and Spanish.
  • You have excellent communication and leadership skills.
