Role Mission
Lead the team members to achieve the expected results following the processes and procedures defined by the Management.
What your responsibilities will be
- Lead a hardware project from start to finish with measurable results.
- Plan a hardware development/set of epics based on the capacity of the team.
- Build an agile team.
- Coach and develop the team members.
- Understand the stakeholders needs & translate them into an ordered Backlog to be used by the team.
- Speak with stakeholders to keep the backlog updated based on the received feed-back.
- Maximize the value of the product resulting from the work of the team.
- Clearly define User Stories and their Design Specifications according to the stakeholders needs.
- Ensure that the Product Backlog is clear to all, visible, transparent.
- Ensure the team understands the items in the Product Backlog.
- Provide technical support to development team when needed.
Who you are

- You have a degree or master in Mechanics, Electronics, Telecommunications or other relevant degree.
- You are a technical leader who wants to make a step forward to agile teams management.
- Having experience in similar roles is a plus.
- You have experience in mechanical or electronic design.
- You are an open minded, positive, pragmatic and solution-oriented person with a focus on goals and outcomes.
- You constantly strive to learn and improve yourself as well as the company and its products.
- You can communicate openly and clearly in English (C1 level).
- You have experience in requirements management software tools like Jama or DOORs.
- You have experience in work management tools like Jira.
- Having experience working in FDA regulated environments is a plus.
