Mission:
Ensure the implementation and compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) for medicinal products, guaranteeing the proper functioning of an appropriate quality assurance system. Ensure that medical devices from external suppliers distributed by Grifols Movaco comply with current regulations and guarantee that regulatory requirements are met to carry out these activities.
What your responsibilities will be
- Lead and supervise the monitoring and maintenance of the Quality System
- Define processes and work instructions, as well as establish corrective and preventive actions in accordance with GDP standards.
- Coordinate Quality Committee meetings, chaired by General Management, and system review meetings.
- Supervise compliance with the requirements of the standard, correcting any specific non-conformities identified.
- Approve the annual training plan and supervise its implementation
- Review the training plan to ensure that personnel for whom it applies receive initial and ongoing training in Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
- Approve outsourced activities that may impact GDP and verify the legal compliance of clients supplied with medicinal products.
- Define the necessary requirements to approve suppliers/clients.
- Conduct preliminary audits of suppliers when required.
- Stay informed about distribution complaints received.
- Review incoming complaints.
- Prepare complaint reports when required.
- Ensure that any resulting corrective actions are implemented.
- Responsible person for the import and distribution of medical devices and IVDs.
- Supervise documentation related to products and manufacturers.
- Release products received for subsequent distribution.
- Coordinate medicine recall operations and ensure proper implementation of other precautionary measures.
- Implement and maintain an effective product recall procedure.
- Coordinate product recalls.
- Act as liaison with manufacturers and health authorities.
Who you are

- Degree in Pharmacy.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Responsible Person within a medicinal products wholesale distributor or a Marketing Authorisation Holder.
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
- knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements for the importation and distribution of medical devices.
- Adaptability, maintaining a positive perception of the environment, resilience to stress, working constructively under pressure, and responding effectively to change and ambiguity.
- Self-confidence, taking responsibility for the outcomes of one’s own decisions and those of the team.
- Leadership ability, guiding, delegating, and supporting others as appropriate in each situation, and adapting leadership style to align with the needs of different teams and individuals.
- Strategic planning, translating overall strategies into clear objectives and practical action plans to achieve and sustain competitive advantage.
- Advanced level of English (C1).

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid model.
Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
Contract of Employment: Permanent position.
