Mission

 

Ensure the application and compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) of medicines in the storage facility where the role is carried out.

 

As Warehouse Technical Director, supervises compliance with the work procedures applicable to the facility and coordinates actions with other departments of the company when necessary.

 

What your responsibilities will be

 

  • Keep the Site Master File of the warehouse facility up to date.
  • Evaluate and approve, if applicable, proposed changes that affect the facilities.
  • Review work procedures related to the facilities under responsibility.
  • Approving suppliers that may have an impact on GDP. Request and review supporting documentation.
  • Evaluate returns of medicines and medical devices, and approve, if applicable, their return to sellable stock.
  • Prepare the external and internal audit plans.
  • Carry out audits according to the established plans. Evaluate proposed corrective actions and follow up and close them
  • Responsible for the warehouse equipment control plan. Coordinate with the internal department or external company to execute the defined actions by the scheduled date. Review the results and issued certificates.

  • You have a degree in Pharmacy.
  • Requires 2 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar position.
  • You have knowledge of GDPs (Good Distribution Practices)
  • You have organizational skills with the ability to set priorities.
  • You know how to communicate information clearly in both formal and informal documents.
  • You promote collaboration and teamwork, fostering an environment where everyone performs at their best.
  • You have an advanced level of English.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model

Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
