We are looking for a Corporate Training Specialist within Corporate Quality Assurance area at Grifols SA.
What your responsibilities will be
- Design, develop and implement training content aligned with the regulations and standards established at Grifols.
- Additionally, deliver specialized training to ensure that Human Capital has the necessary knowledge to achieve the company’s operational and strategic objectives.

- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or Engineering.
- You have experience in similar position within pharma company.
- You have advanced level of English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.

Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
