In a key phase of growth and evolution, we are strengthening the strategic capabilities of our department. We are looking for a Compliance Innovation & Projects Specialist to play a fundamental role, providing direct support to leadership in consolidating and growing the PMO (Project Management Office) & Innovation function.
Your mission will be twofold: to provide the active support and expertise needed to fortify a solid and professional project management culture and to act as an engine for innovation, identifying opportunities that keep us at the forefront of the pharmaceutical sector. We are seeking someone with a consultant's mindset, who doesn't just administer, but drives change and adds tangible value.
What your responsibilities will be
- Portfolio & Project Management:
Managing, administering, and maintaining the global project portfolio, ensuring its alignment with strategic objectives.
Acting as a point of reference and support for the department on project management methodologies and best practices.
Administering and tracking improvement and remediation plans.
Acting as a project management resource for key initiatives within the department's scope.
Ensuring project delivery quality.
- Strategic Innovation:
Identifying innovation opportunities in processes, technologies, and services.
Supporting the promotion of a culture of continuous improvement and innovative thinking within the team.
- Reporting & Communication:
Preparing and presenting service status deliverables on a periodic basis.
Reporting on project management KPIs (Previous Year, Year-to-Date).
Maintaining an up-to-date project pipeline and individual project plans.
Who you are

- Bachelor's or higher university degree (Business Administration, Ecomics or similar). Will be valued Tech/IT Degree with experience in business/compliance (Forensic).
- Demonstrated experience in project management roles, a Project Management Office (PMO), or strategic consultancy.
- Experience in a "Big Four" consultancy or similar is highly desirable, as we seek individuals accustomed to project-based work, structured methodologies, and high-pressure environments.
- Fluent English (C1 level), with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally in an international environment.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI/Prince2, Agile).
- Experience in defining and implementing KPIs and dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with PMO and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, ServiceNow, MS Project).
- Advanced IT user, preferably with AI/Copilot experience and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong analytical skills.
- High degree of autonomy and proactivity. You are a "self-starter" capable of taking initiative with strategic guidance.
- Strategic and innovative mindset.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to build credibility with diverse stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
