What your responsibilities will be

 

In this role, you will provide technical leadership to our software development areas and will use your software architecture/design knowledge to mentor and guide staff to the best solutions possible.

  • You will ensure code quality and technical processes, procedures and best practices are established, documented and effectively followed in daily system engineering activities.
  • You will guide the transformation process from monolith applications approach through a continuous innovation culture with CI/CD, containers, microservices, devops and cloud.
  • You will use your problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective and efficient team operation, as well as create and execute effective project plans.

 

Who you are

 

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate engineering or science.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Soft Engineering.
  • You have excellent understanding of System & Software architecture & design processes.
  • You have an advanced level of English and Spanish.
  • You have excellent communication and leadership skills.
