Mission 

As an AI Solutions Analyst in our multinational company, you will play a key role in identifying, designing, and developing AI processes and solutions in the AI based user solution stack that generates tangible business value. Your mission will be to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions and automations, leveraging modern AI capabilities to enhance efficiency, innovation, and decision‑making across the organization. 

You will be responsible for the governance of AI low-code solutions, driving productivity, process optimization and AI-enabled initiatives across the organization. You will identify business needs, translate them into scalable digital solutions using Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Copilot technologies, and promote adoption. You will also ensure alignment with governance, compliance and enterprise standards while measuring impact and supporting continuous improvement. 

What your responsibilities will be 

• Identify, design and implement productivity, automation and AI-enabled use cases that deliver measurable impact across business units, with a strong focus on the Microsoft 365, Copilot and Power Platform ecosystem. 

• Translate business needs into practical digital solutions by combining AI capabilities with low-code, automation, and analytics to improve operational efficiency, collaboration and decision-making. 

• Promote the adoption of AI Capabilities across the company by designing and executing awareness, training and change-management initiatives. 

• Collaborate closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, governance teams and external partners to ensure the effective development, integration and adoption of productivity, automation and AI-enabled solutions. 

• Support the implementation and continuous evolution of governance practices, including strategy, policies, lifecycle management, roles, monitoring, support models and compliance. 

• Assess the feasibility, value, risks and scalability of proposed low-code, automation and AI use cases, ensuring that solutions are sustainable, aligned with enterprise standards and consistent with AI governance principles. 

• Stay continuously informed about new Microsoft capabilities, especially in Copilot Studio, generative AI, Microsoft Foundry, Power Platform, Azure and Microsoft 365, assessing their potential application in the business context. 

• Measure and report the performance, adoption and business impact of implemented initiatives, sharing insights and recommendations for improvement, scaling and continuous optimization. 

• Promote AI adoption and low-code tools across the company, designing and executing awareness, training, and change‑management initiatives to scale-up the productivity. 

• Work with business and IT teams to optimize existing manual or fragmented processes through automation, workflow and agent orchestration. 

• Communicate complex concepts in a clear, engaging, and business‑oriented manner to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Business Technology or a related field. 

• Hands-on experience designing, developing or implementing business solutions using Microsoft technological stack, including Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, and M. Foundry. Experience with AI projects is highly valued. 

• Strong understanding of enterprise productivity technologies, low-code development, workflow automation, data integration, and AI agentic solutions. 

• Good understanding of Microsoft architecture and governance concepts, including environments, connectors, DLP policies, security roles, solution lifecycle management, monitoring and support models. 

• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure and maintainable digital solutions, demonstrating a strong problem-solving, analytical and business-oriented mindset. 

• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse global teams and explain technical, automation and AI concepts in an accessible way. 

• Demonstrated curiosity and passion for exploring new Microsoft technologies, AI capabilities and productivity solutions that can generate tangible business value. 

• Experience driving AI awareness and productivity adoption, change‑management initiatives, or digital transformation programs is highly valued.
