Summary:
The Talent Business Partner serves as a strategic consultant and learning partner to business leaders, managers, and teams. This role is primarily responsible for facilitating engaging classroom, virtual, and hybrid learning experiences that build leadership, professional, and organizational capabilities. In addition to facilitation, the Talent Business Partner partners with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and talent colleagues to design, customize, and continuously improve learning content, programs, and talent solutions aligned with organizational priorities.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Facilitate high-impact classroom, virtual, and hybrid learning experiences for employees, managers, and leaders
● Design, develop, and customize learning materials, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, and digital resources
● Create engaging learning environments that encourage participation, discussion, reflection, and application
● Adapt delivery methods in real time based on audience needs, energy, participation levels, and learning outcomes
● Read group dynamics and adjust activities, discussions, and instructional approaches accordingly
● Conduct needs assessments to identify capability gaps, performance challenges, and development opportunities
● Identify organizational needs for learning modalities/technologies (i.e., e-learning, gamification, professional development) that will help with efficiency
● Identify training and development needs within the business unit and partner with the HR team to design and implement relevant programs
● Understand the business unit's goals, objectives, and challenges, and collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs and other stakeholders to align Talent & OD strategies accordingly
Additional Responsibilities:
Other duties as assigned. Includes approximately 50% travel
Adult learning theory and facilitation methodologies
Leadership development and organizational effectiveness practices
Exceptional classroom and virtual facilitation skills
Ability to engage audiences ranging from frontline employees to senior leaders

o A Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, HR or equivalent work experience
o 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Facilitation and/or Human Resource Management, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility
o MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint), Ability to speak, read, & write proficiently in English
o Must have effective phone and interpersonal communication skills
o Must work well across departments and in a team environment
o A broad knowledge of plasma industry practices is preferred
o Ability to adapt and manage on-going changes
o Ability to present information in front of groups and manage multiple projects simultaneously
o Ability to manage work to completion through others
Depending on area of assignment, directly related experience or combination of directly related education and experience and/or competencies may be considered in place of the stated requirements. Example: If a job level requires a Bachelors degree plus 4 years experience, an equivalency could include 8 years of experience, Associates degree with 6 years of experience or a Masters degree with 2 years of experience.
Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment. Frequently sits for 6-8 hours per day. Frequent hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists. Occasionally walks and stands. Occasionally bends and twists neck. Light to moderate lifting and carrying objects with a maximum lift of 25lbs. Frequently drives to site locations with occasional travel within the United States. Able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand; with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken and written words and sentences. Interacts with others, relates sensitive information to diverse groups. Must work with diverse groups to obtain consensus on issues.
