The proposed responsibilities for the summer intern will be to assist in the following:

  1. Preparation of “short form” PMO project plans for BioScience (GT, GB, IG)
  2. Standardizing templates and monthly reports for the PMO group
  3. Evaluating and proposing off-the-shelf Project Management Information System (PMIS) solutions
  4. Beta test and train project managers in the use of Microsoft Teams (‘stretch objective’ – project/activity would need to be developed)



Candidate must be currently enrolled in 4 year degree program pursuing a Bachelor's degree in biological or pharmaceutical science, biomedical engineering, or related field as rising junior or senior; can also be current Master's or PhD student. Ideal candidate has an interest in developing knowledge base in project management, and must be willing to collaborate with multiple individuals in global setting. Computer skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office and web-based tools, are required. Experience with Microsoft Project would be desirable.

Must currently have GPA of 3.0 or higher
