This is a hybrid position based out of our office in RTP with periodic center visits based on business needs.

 

Are you a dynamic marketer with a passion for driving collaboration and measurable outcomes? We’re looking for a MARKETING SPECIALIST to support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across all channels. This role will leverage strategic problem solving and effective planning and prioritization to support the end-to-end project process, helping maintain alignment across teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of planned initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, detailoriented, and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ROLE

  • Shape and execute strategic marketing campaigns, working closely with key partners to deliver measurable business impact.
  • Lead campaign planning and implementation across multiple channels, including digital, social, web, print, paid media, and more, while ensuring brand consistency and high-quality content.
  • Create detailed campaign plans, including end-to-end tasks lists, that outline scope and timelines.
  • Support and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, such as ad campaigns, donor promotions, and other content creation.
  • Manage multiple complex initiatives, collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, and translate insights into measurable business outcomes.
  • Create and manage project timelines, identify time-saving opportunities, and allocate resources effectively to ensure projects stay within constraints.
  • Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, provide regular status updates, and ensure everyone is aligned on project goals and progress.
  • Work with the Brand & Creative team and other vendors as needed to develop approved campaign marketing materials.
  • Work cross-functionally to collaborate with area subject matter experts and key stakeholders to improve business processes.
  • Assist with asset delivery to key stakeholders.
  • Post content to digital channels as needed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Typically 2 years of previous experience in marketing or project management.
  • Experience with project management tools and working knowledge of digital marketing channels.

Depending on the area of assignment, directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience and/or competencies may be considered in place of the stated requirements. Example: If a job level requires a Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience, an equivalency could include 6 years of experience, an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 1 year of experience.
