The US Medical Information Intern will support the Medical Information team in advancing scientific exchange, evidence generation, and strategic initiatives across multiple therapeutic areas. This role provides exposure to the pharmaceutical industry and an opportunity to contribute to projects that impact patient care through research and education.

Assist in the development and review of Medical Information content (e.g., standard and custom response documents, literature summaries, FAQs) for internal and external use. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify comprehensive and well-balanced responses to unsolicited medical information queries.

Assist in the provision of unsolicited medical information requests to US and ex-US health professionals.

Assist in the development and review of medical information content support pertaining to a new product commercial launch.

Conduct retrospective quality monitoring (eg content/context and process reviews), and the resulting coaching sessions with the case agents, of medical information cases that have been completed. This continual improvement initiative helps ensure Grifols Medical Information provides value added information to healthcare professionals, in a compliant manner, and following industry best practices.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.
*Position will have a hybrid schedule & will require onsite presence in Research Triangle Park, NC
Skills/Qualifications/Education Requirements:

Candidate must be currently enrolled a graduate program (PharmD, MD, PhD, MPH, or related life sciences field).

Candidate must currently have GPA of 3.0 or higher

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to analyze scientific data and interpret medical literature.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
