PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and Produce Innovative Solutions: Create highly original, on-brand designs/graphics for websites, email templates, and high-impact social media campaigns.
  • Translate Strategy into Action: Take design ideas from initial concept to complete execution, ensuring all deliverables align with our creative and digital strategy.
  • Enhance User Experiences: Develop intuitive user interfaces (UI) and interactive online content that prioritize the donor journey.
  • Drive Multimedia Content: Conceptualize and develop compelling animations, motion graphics, and videos to keep our content dynamic and engaging.
  • Maintain Brand Cohesion: Manage a library of design assets and ensure visual consistency across all digital and print platforms.
  • Collaborate for Quality: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and Marketing, to ensure the smooth technical implementation of new digital content.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor cutting-edge design trends and software to continuously improve the creativity and effectiveness of our brand presence.

EDUCATION

Required: Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field.

 

Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of design software programs, including the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and UI/UX tools such as Sketch, Figma, or InVision.

 

EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of proven professional experience in a digital design role with a focus on web, email, and social media design.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing technical skill and exceptional, high-level creativity and innovation.

 

Depending on the area of assignment, directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience and/or competencies may be considered in place of the stated requirements. Example: If a job level requires a Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of experience, an equivalency could include 8 years of experience, an Associate's degree with 6 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 2 years of experience.

  • Creative Excellence & Technical Mastery: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and UI/UX tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision); possesses exceptional design flair and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS and video editing.

 

  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Quickly acquires industry knowledge to experiment with new design solutions; uses data and analytical results to drive decision-making and propose improvements.
