Summary:
The Commercial Contract and Pricing Specialist I reports to the Deputy Director, Commercial Contract Management and will support the overall Contract Administration activities for the North America Bioscience division. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day ownership of pre-signature activities including administer and implement all Grifols USA Biosciences commercial contracts into system, monitoring conformity to contract terms and conditions, Validate customer eligibility, adhere to pricing guidelines, data management, and managing internal and external customer relationships.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the receipt, processing, and follow-up of all Grifols guideline, custom, or formal bid contracts to ensure all terms and conditions, pricing, and deadlines are met.
- Review executed agreements and create contracts via price groups in Model N/Flex system.
- Assist and support the commercial finance group to create and maintain price groups required to pay rebates and fees
- Validate customer contract eligibility based on contract terms and membership rosters.
- Create and maintain direct and indirect customers by attaching to appropriate contracts (Commercial/GPO, PHS, VA, and Unencumbered) based on chargeback submissions within Model N/Flex system
Knowledge and Skills:
- Experienced working with Revenue Management Systems (Revitas or Model N) & Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on time management and follow-through skills.
- Ability to operate independently and remain focused in a dynamic work environment
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or other quantitative disciplines.
Two-Four years of experience in related field.
Equivalency:
Depending on the area of assignment, directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience and/or competencies may be considered in place of the stated requirements.
Occupational demands:
Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment. Frequently sits for 6-8 hours per day. Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.
Hybrid role: 3 days in office and 2 days remote
