PFF Manufacturing Specialist
1st Shift
Summary:
The Manufacturing Specialist performs functions related to document issuance, document review, inventory management , data entry and data collection. The Manufacturing Specialist will work closely with shift Supervisor and Coordinator/Production Planning to ensure all required documentation is readily available, may be asked to maintain training requirements and provide reports when necessary.
Primary responsibilities for role:
* Orders/obtains dcouments required to produce all Grifols Manufactured products.
* Reconciles bill of material (BOM) for each lot processed through manufacturing
* Orders required commodities for production runs based on production schedule. * Performs physical inventory with Accounting department as required.
* Performs tasks related to document issuance (Runbooks) and SAP inventory controls.
* Maintains, issues and reviews logbooks
* Transfers completed production documents to Quality for review/archive.
* Reviews documentation and enters production data into Bioman or WIPs.
* Coordinates/performs cycle counts to ensure accurate inventories
* Coordinates product transfer and completes requried transactions in MFG/PRO/Or other software
* May be asked to assist with oversight of training qualifications within manufacturing (ie Filling, Packaging, Purification, etc..).
* Maintain departmental in-process spreadsheets for management review as required.
* May be asked to assist on the production line as needed at a Tech II level or above.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel, mechanical aptitude, detail oriented, ability to work in a team environment and exercise good judgement while working independently.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent plus Bioworks certificate (specific to GT only) or high school diploma or equivalent plus at least 1 year of experience in a regulated environment (i.e. FDS, USDA, NRC)
Experience
May be required to be Certified to operate manufacturing equipment. In addition, must maintain all training requirements for a Tech II level is preferred.
Equivalency
Depending on the area of assignment, directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience and/or competencies may be considered in place of the stated requirements. Example: If a job level typically requires an Associate’s degree plus 2 years of experience, an equivalent could include 4 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree.
