본 포지션은 Grifols Diagnostics Commercial Technical Services(DxCTS) 팀 소속으로, 한국 내 고객을 대상으로 모든 Grifols Diagnostics 장비 및 시약에 대한 기술적 애플리케이션 지원을 담당합니다. 즉 현장 중심(Field-based) 역할로, 국내 출장이 요구되며 필요 시 해외 출장도 포함됩니다.

주요 업무

• 고객 대상 고품질 애플리케이션 기술 지원 제공
• 현장 또는 지정된 교육센터에서 사용자 기술 교육 수행
• 장비 및 시약 문제에 대한 원격/현장 트러블슈팅
• 시약 성능 모니터링 및 품질 이슈 에스컬레이션
• FSE(Field Service Engineer) 및 대리점 기술/학술팀과 협업
• 사용자 미팅, 학회, 기술 리뷰 참석
• CRM 시스템 내 고객 기록 관리
• 시약 재고 수준 산정 및 공급망 지원
• 장비 업그레이드, 사전 설치 평가, 비정기 방문 수행

지원 자격

• 의료기술(Medical Technology) 또는 생명과학 관련 학위 또는 자격 보유한 자
• 진단 업계에서 진단 장비 및 시약 기술 지원 경력 3년 이상 근무 한 자
• 자기주도적이며 꼼꼼하고 독립적으로 업무 수행 가능 자
• 국내 출장 가능(지방), 주말/공휴일 포함 유연 근무 가능한 자.

근무 조건 

• 고용 형태: 정규직
•  근무시간: 주 5일(월-금), 09:00 -18:00

• 근무 장소: 한국 지사(서울)

We are looking for a Technical Applications Specialist who will be part of the Grifols Diagnostics’ Commercial Technical Services (DxCTS) team in Korea.

As a Technical Applications Specialist, you will provide technical support to customers on all assays and instruments marketed by Grifols Diagnostics Solutions (GDS). You will ensure customer satisfaction by supporting workflow, software, and equipment operation from both operator and lab manager perspectives. This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel within Korea and occasionally outside the country.

What your main responsibilities will be

You will have the opportunity to:

• Deliver high-quality applications support to end users of Grifols solutions.
• Provide technical training to operators onsite or at designated training centers.
• Troubleshoot assay and instrument issues onsite or remotely, ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor assay performance and escalate potential quality issues as needed.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and distributor technical teams for complete issue resolution.
• Participate in user meetings, key congresses, and customer technical reviews as a key technical resource.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints in the CRM system.
• Support supply chain functions in determining correct inventory levels for assay reagents.
• Engage in activities related to upgrades, pre-site evaluations, and unscheduled visits to instrument sites.

Who you are

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required:

• You hold a degree or certification in Medical Technology or a related life science field.
• You have at least 3 years of experience supporting complex diagnostic equipment and assays in a medical or clinical laboratory environment, blood screening center, or equivalent.
• You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• You are available to travel extensively (up to 70%) and work flexible hours, including weekend/holiday on-call rotations.
