The role will become an important member of Grifols Nordic’s commercial Biopharma Team, increasing the resources necessary for future growth. The main focus will be on the immunoglobulin clinical area.

 

What your main responsibilities will be

 

  • Acquire and maintain a high level of expertise and knowledge within the therapy area immunology, PID (Primary Immunodeficiency) and SID (Secondary Immunodeficiency)
  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with HCPs (clinicians and nurses) to achieve the short and long-term objectives.
  • Execution of the Action plan agreed upon with commercial management of Grifols Nordic and proactively suggest actions to maximize the use of Grifols products.
  • Keep sales activities in line with OPEX BG.
  • Document and communicate all activities in line with the processes and in the CRM.
  • Measure, track and analyze key account metrics.
  • Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback.
  • Serve as contact point for key customers.
  • Product information meetings (IRL and digital) with individual HCPs and groups of clinicians and nurses.
  • Active Participation in Grifols Nordic Sales- and Marketing meetings.
  • Contribute to the optimal use and composition of marketing material.
  • Participation in national and Nordic congresses.
  • Close cooperation with Marketing and Key account Managers.

 

Who you are

  • You have a Degree in Pharmacy, Natural Sciences, Business administration or equivalent.
  • You are certified in LIF or minimum bachelor’s degree with the license to sell pharmaceutical products, e.g. pharmacist, biomedicine, nurse, dentist, medical doctor, etc.
  • You have at least 3 years’ experience within pharmaceutical sales.
  • You have experience from the area of Immunology and /or hematology (desired).
  • You have a positive mindset with a can-do attitude, not afraid of taking on new challenges.
  • You are innovative and want to explore new ways of working.
  • You have experience with product launches.
  • You possess strong customer focus and service orientation.
  • You have excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills.
  • You are a results-driven person and a team player, able to collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve the objectives.
  • You speak fluent Swedish and English.
  • You have willingness to travel as this is a field-based role (up to 80% in the field).
  • Ideally you live in the central-southern region of Sweden.
  • You have a driver’s license
