The Field Service Engineer (Diagnostic Customer Technical Support) has the responsibility of providing the highest quality service and support to Grifols customers at the customer facility and by telephone.

What your responsibilities will be

You will have the opportunity to:

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Participate in customer site evaluations, upgrades of hardware and/or software, product installations, preventive maintenance and ongoing service and support for all equipment at the customer facility and via telephone.
• Work with CRM System to manage reporting and documentation.
• Adhere to procedures and protocols outlined by the Grifols CTS organization and Grifols Diagnostic organization.
• Openly communicate with other groups within Grifols to assure rapid resolution of issues raised by customers.
• Communicate integrally with CTS and Account Managers regarding product performance, participation in development teams and process development and improvements.

Who you are

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• You have a Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering Degree or similar.
• You have at least three years of experience working as FSE in pharma or similar sector.
• You have IT skills.
• You speak fluent level of Czech and English (B2).
• You are communicative, customer oriented, team player and organised. You are also used to work under pressure.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have availability to travel as this is a field-based position.
• You live in the Morava region.
