What your responsibilities will be

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade equipment and products.

Provide customer support, including maintenance, and issue resolution, and data analysis.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards.

Manage inventory and escalate technical or quality issues when needed.

Collaborate with internal teams and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's Certificate or Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, automatic control, biomedical engineering or other equivalent qualification.

At least 3 years of experience in providing services in the medical device field is required. Those with experience in the field of blood screening or in the large-scale automatic equipment of the IVD industry will be given priority.
- Ability to communicate in English both verbally and Written, could communicate in Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Solid computer skills, excellent command in Microsoft Windows 7 & 10 and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT).
- Understanding of proper use and operation of electronic testing equipment.
- Ability to interface with internal and/or external customers smoothly.
- Willingness to travel which may include travel within country or overseas as needed and may sometimes be on short notice.
