We are looking for a Medical Affairs Manager, SEA & South Asia.
What your responsibilities will be
- Shape and deliver patient-centered Medical Affairs strategies that improve health outcomes and bring scientific value to patients, healthcare professionals, and healthcare systems across Southeast Asia and South Asia.
- Build trusted scientific partnerships with leading experts, healthcare professionals, and medical communities to better understand patient needs and transform medical insights into action.
- Lead scientific exchange and evidence generation through research collaborations, real-world evidence initiatives, advisory boards, and educational programs that advance clinical practice and informed healthcare decision-making,
- Be a trusted scientific partner to internal and external stakeholders, providing medical leadership and ensuring decisions are informed by high-quality evidence and a deep understanding of clinical needs.
- Lead regional initiatives with integrity, ensuring excellence, compliance, and sustainable impact for patients and the medical community.
Who you are

- University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedicine, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or a related scientific discipline. An MD is preferred, although PharmD and other advanced scientific degrees will also be considered.
- At least 3 years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Experience in a regional or multi-country environment will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong cultural agility and the ability to work effectively across diverse markets and healthcare systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
