Grifols Movaco S.A., a subsidiary of the Grifols Group in Spain specializing in the commercialization and distribution of medical devices and pharmaceutical products, is looking for a Sales Manager to lead our Diagnostics Division across Western Spain (Andalucía, Extremadura, Madrid, Castilla y León, Asturias and Galicia).
What your responsibilities will be
- Organize, coordinate, supervise and coach the sales team within your assigned region, setting priorities in line with the Company's policies and Sales Plan objectives to maximize business performance, deliver excellent customer service, and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze market dynamics, including customers and competitors, ensuring accurate and up-to-date market intelligence is available and that the sales team consistently records this information in Salesforce CRM.
- Anticipate changes in sales performance and market conditions, redefining commercial strategies and policies when necessary, in alignment with the Commercial Management team.
- Coordinate customer training activities and events, ensuring compliance with the applicable Compliance processes.
- Plan, coordinate and participate in customer relationship and public relations activities in collaboration with Commercial Management and Commercial Operations.
- Support management in the development of sales plans, territory allocation, long-term business plans, and forecasting processes.
- Implement, monitor and follow up on the regional sales strategy to ensure successful execution.
- Support the sales team during key commercial activities and oversee sales initiatives across the region.
- Review and approve commercial proposals and tender submissions prepared by the sales team.
- Ensure customer and opportunity data in Salesforce is accurate and maintained according to the Diagnostics Division's EMEA guidelines.
- Coordinate and follow up regularly with the Technical Service team to ensure effective execution of regional activities.
Who you are

- A degree or specialized education in Health Sciences is preferred.
- You have experience in hospital sales, ideally with 1–2 years of experience leading sales teams.
- Experience working with laboratories and hospitals, particularly within the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry, will be highly valued.
- You have an advanced level of English (minimum B2).
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
- You are willing to travel extensively within Spain.
- You hold a valid driver's license.
- You are a proactive, dynamic, solution-oriented professional with strong self-management skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
