Mission

Coordinate pharmaceutical engineering projects in accordance with process requirements and applicable regulations, ensuring their technical quality and the achievement of defined objectives.

 

Functions and Responsibilities:

 

Project Execution and Oversight


Carry out and supervise pharmaceutical engineering projects and feasibility studies, ensuring technical quality, agreed scope, timeline, and budget compliance.

  1. Promote compliance with quality standards and occupational health and safety regulations.
  2. Collaborate with Validation and Production teams on equipment and facility qualification and commissioning.

Engineering Design and Supervision


Design, calculate, and oversee equipment and installations.

  1. Establish relationships with suppliers and contractors and supervise their work.
  2. Define the scope, execution schedule, and budget for feasibility studies.
  3. Specify equipment and instrumentation; generate engineering documentation required for procurement, installation, and associated activities.
  4. Proactively resolve issues arising during commissioning activities.
  5. Keep the team informed, aligning objectives and priorities among team members.
  6. Negotiate with suppliers and clients.

 

Resource Management


Select resources to meet deadlines and investment commitments while ensuring technical quality.

  1. Organize client meetings for project follow-up.
  2. Supervise the work of technical office resources assigned to projects.
  3. Oversee and provide functional leadership to engineers.

 

Experience

 

  • Manager-level experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical engineering (or related) industry
  • Proven experience managing and leading teams

 

Education

 

  • University degree (Bachelor’s / equivalent – second-cycle degree)
