Job objective :

The HR Personnel Specialist will support the HR operations team in various personnel tasks, employee relations and coordinating with the social insurance entity to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

 

Environment :

Internal: Head of departments, HRBPs, Administration & Services divisions, and Grifols Egypt HR Management

External: Social insurance & governmental entities.

 

Key responsibility :

• Prepares employment contracts, ensuring that all necessary details and legal requirements are included, and ensures that contracts are reviewed and signed by the appropriate parties.
• Creates and maintains comprehensive employee files. This includes gathering and organizing important documents such as resumes, offer letters, performance Improvement Plans - PIP, and, warning letters, and any applicable social insurance-related information.
• Liaises with the Social Insurance, Labor Office, or any relevant governmental entity, visiting and submitting necessary documentation, such as employee enrollment forms and salary details, to ensure that employees are appropriately enrolled and covered by social insurance benefits.
• Handles the administration of various employee benefits, including those related to social insurance. They provide guidance to employees on their eligibility, rights, and options, and assist with any related claims or inquiries.
• Ensures that all HR practices and processes that are related to social insurance are compliant with relevant laws and regulations. They stay up to date with any changes in social insurance policies and adapt internal processes accordingly.
• Provides support and guidance to employees regarding social insurance matters. They address employee questions and concerns related to coverage, claims, and any other issues that may arise, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for employees.

 

Academic experience required :

Bachelor’s degree in HR or any relevant field

 

Professional experience required :
• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR administrator or personnel.
• Experience with Labor offices is a must
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Experience in SAP is a plus.

 

Computing skills :

MS Office knowledge

 

Personal skills :
• The ability to communicate clearly and proficiently, both verbally and in writing, is crucial for interacting with employees, management, and external entities such as the social insurance entity.
• HR Personnel Associates should possess excellent problem-solving skills to address various employee concerns and navigate complex situations related to social insurance matters
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion with sensitive employee information, especially when dealing with social insurance matters, is essential for establishing trust and upholding privacy regulations.
• Being meticulous and detail-oriented is important for accurately managing employee records, benefits, and social insurance-related documentation.
• Having empathy and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees and provide support and guidance when dealing with social insurance-related issues.
• Being able to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and effectively multitask is crucial for HR Personnel Associates to ensure that social insurance matters are handled efficiently and in a timely manner.

 

Languages :

Very good written and spoken English. Excellent written and spoken Arabic.
