We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Lead to manage our growing site in Dublin.

 

What your responsibilities will be

 

  • You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process while ensuring superior candidate experience. In addition to advising and consulting the business on the right fit, you will oversee the sourcing, screening, and interview processes to acquire the best talent to meet business needs.
  • You will develop creative and innovative recruitment solutions to attract top talent. Identify potential candidates using online resources, such as social media and professional networks.
  • You will build strong partnerships with leaders and people partners to understand and support business area needs in relation to talent acquisition.
  • You will promote Grifols as employer of choice and champion our “best & Preferred place to work” initiative.
  • You will lead innovative Talent Acquisition projects: employer branding, candidate experience, reducing time to hire, upskilling the team, and launch initiatives to boost diversity and inclusion in recruitment.
  • You will ensure selection methodology guaranteeing we recruit the future skills defined in Strategic Workforce Planning.
  • You will drive Talent Acquisition impact on the business from everyday recruitments, improvement of processes, raising the bar for how we build pipelines for critical roles.
  • You will lead recruitment dashboard to translate the recruitment statuses into numbers to support our approach to making decisions.
  • You will develop strategic relationships with recruitment vendors such as executive search firms and/or RPO’s dependent on the needs of the business.
  • You will ensure compliance with best recruitment practice under Employment Equality Act 1997 and any other regulation/ legislation appropriate to your remit; and making sure that it is aligned to Internal Grifols processes and policies.
  • You will assess our current processes and tools to spot improvement opportunitiesahead of us.

  • You have a Degree in HR field.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You have passion for Talent and for providing the best candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
  • You bring experience in end to end Talent Acquisition process and systems from candidate attraction to successful candidate onboarding.
  • You hold expertise in sourcing strategy, talent attraction, selection methods.
  • You have experience in relationship building, exposure to key business stakeholders.
  • Experience in matrix multinational organization or healthcare sector is an advantage.
