Role Overview: You will support the packaging department in ensuring the smooth operation of departmental activities and continuous improvement.

Position: Packaging Operation Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Packaging products across multiple lines
- Learning new processes within Grifols
- Conducting visual inspections of products
- Completing batch documentation and associated records
- Operating and setting up machinery and equipment
- Reconciling materials
- Assisting new staff with knowledge transfer
- Paying attention to detail in all duties
- Wrapping pallets and performing associated SAP transactions as required
- Ensuring training is up to date
- Performing other duties as requested by the Team Leader/Supervisor/Management
Person Specification:
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Flexibility
- Results-oriented
- Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of a B.Sc. degree or equivalent third-level education
- At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a packaging role
