Position Summary:

The Marketing Specialist - Websites will work within the Digital Tools team in the Customer Digital Centre department. The Digital Tools team is responsible for implementing, utilizing, and executing digital tactics using various digital marketing tools as part of a digital marketing centre of excellence that serves multiple organization divisions. The web-based solution remit includes the management of all website and application projects.  
As a project specialist, the successful candidate will collaborate with the brand and product teams in the design, development, and execution of digital tactics for web-based projects, primarily within Biopharma. 
Responsibilities will include recommending digital marketing and experience solutions for websites and apps for the brand and product teams and integrating all solutions to fit into an overall marketing campaign.  The role will require collaboration with internal and external partners to successfully deliver digital tactics to support brand and product teams’ strategic objectives, which align with the overall roadmap and ecosystem of the Customer Experience Enablement (CEE). 

 

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of website and digital projects, from initial request and scoping through to delivery and optimisation.
  • Assess and support new project requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and brand priorities.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and delivery schedules to ensure successful implementation.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals, define project requirements, and translate them into effective digital solutions.
  • Work closely with web development teams and external agencies to deliver website enhancements and digital experiences that improve customer engagement and brand performance.
  • Create, edit, publish, and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Recommend and implement digital marketing solutions for websites, applications, and online campaigns to support commercial and brand objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on digital channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, Legal, Regulatory, and external partners, to ensure projects are delivered effectively and on schedule.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry benchmarks.
  • Analyse website and campaign performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve results and user experience.
  • Ensure digital measurement, analytics, and reporting frameworks are in place to evaluate campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise digital processes, platforms, and customer experiences through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver scalable and sustainable digital solutions across the organisation.
  • Support the evaluation and adoption of new digital tools, technologies, and vendors to enhance the organisation's digital capabilities.


What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelors degree in relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 year's experience working in a similar role.
  • Proven experience working with CMS – Liferay, Sitecore, Wordpress or similar.
  • Proven project management experience – Wrike, Asana, Slack or similar.
  • Proven experience with Marketing Automation/CRM – Marketing Cloud, SFDC, Hubspot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Pardot, Veeva Life Sciences 
  • Analytics – Google Analytics, Google Data Studio or similar, highly desirable
  • Design –  Understanding of UX and design systems, highly desirable
  • Webinar – WebEx or similar, highly desirable
  • Marketing Cloud Certified, highly desirable
  • Adobe Certified, highly desirable
  • Hubspot Certified,  highly desirable
