Position Summary:

 

The Marketing Automation Specialist reports to the Digital Delivery Manager and supports the delivery of omnichannel campaigns. This role leverages CRM, customer data, and marketing automation platforms to create personalised customer experiences across email, SMS, and WhatsApp, driving acquisition, engagement, and retention.

The role focuses on analysing campaign performance to generate insights, optimise customer journeys, and inform future strategies, while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns.

 

What You'll Do:

 

  • Deliver and optimise omnichannel campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp to support acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Use CRM, customer data, and automation tools to create personalised customer journeys
  • Build and improve automated workflows using behavioural triggers and lead nurturing
  • Analyse campaign and customer data to generate insights and inform future strategy
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns

 

What You'll Bring:

 

  • Solid grounding in digital marketing, including strategy, web, SEO, social, and paid media
  • Experience with marketing automation: campaign delivery (HTML/CSS/SQL), workflow automation, triggers, and lead nurturing
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms, such as HubSpot/Marketing Cloud, including data management, integrations, segmentation, and field mapping
  • Exposure to CMS and landing page creation, with experience in customer journey mapping
  • Strong analytics skills, including reporting, data analysis, and insight generation to support continuous improvement
  • Effective project and stakeholder management, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, collaborative team player with an interest in innovation and AI tools

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelors degree in a Marketing or Digital Marketing related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail.
