Position Summary:
We are seeking a Production Supervisor - Albumin Filling to join our manufacturing team. Reporting to the Manufacturing Filling Manager, you will play a key role in leading production operations, supporting the transition from project start-up to commercial manufacturing, and ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant production of aseptic pharmaceutical products.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Validation, and EHS to deliver operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
What You Will Do:

Lead day-to-day albumin filling operations, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and in compliance with GMP requirements.

Support the start-up, qualification, validation, and commercialisation of manufacturing processes and equipment.

Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Validation, Regulatory Affairs, and EHS teams to support manufacturing objectives.

Ensure products are manufactured in accordance with quality standards, HPRA, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.Monitor and drive department performance through key metrics such as OEE, production output, yield, and resource utilisation.

Support investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA activities to drive continuous improvement.

Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, reliability, and productivity.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of manufacturing personnel, including training, performance management, and career development.

Maintain training programmes and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and best practices.

Promote a strong safety culture through incident management, audit readiness, and environmental compliance.

Manage workforce planning, scheduling, attendance, and holiday requests.

Ensure manufacturing documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with cGMP requirements.
What You Will Bring:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Scientific discipline.
- Minimum 2 year's experience with leading/supervising of a team within a GMP regulated environment.

Experience supporting facility start-up, commissioning, or new product introduction activities.

Knowledge of EU pharmaceutical regulations and aseptic manufacturing processes.

Train-the-Trainer qualification.

Experience with Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Strong understanding of cGMP requirements and pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.

Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Proactive, results-driven approach with strong attention to detail.

Flexibility to work shifts as required.
