Position Summary:
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure compliance with all site Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality requirements, collaborating closely with EHS to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance and calibration activities to maximise equipment reliability, uptime and resource utilisation.
- Develop detailed maintenance job plans, including scope of work, labour requirements, timelines, materials, spare parts, contractors and estimated costs.
- Coordinate maintenance resources, contractors, specialised services and equipment to support efficient execution of planned work.
- Drive best practices in maintenance planning, scheduling, preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Manage and maintain SAP PM, including work order planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting and closure.
- Review and verify maintenance documentation completed by employees and contractors to ensure accuracy, compliance and quality standards.
- Manage purchase orders and contracts associated with maintenance services, equipment and external vendors.
- Oversee MRO inventory and spare parts management to ensure critical materials are available and stock levels are optimised.
- Monitor maintenance performance through KPI reporting, data analysis and monthly site maintenance reports, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintain visibility of maintenance schedules across all plant equipment and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, EHS and Maintenance teams to balance priorities and maximise productivity.
- Support workforce planning and resource allocation while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in maintenance planning within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Engineering qualification or background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering is desirable.
- Proven, strong SAP PM experience, including work order management and maintenance planning.

Experience using project planning and tracking tools such as Microsoft Planner, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.

Solid knowledge of maintenance practices, preventive maintenance, and health & safety requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational, administrative, and prioritisation skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexible, proactive, and results-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
