Position Summary:

As part of the Global Supply Chain team, the International Customer Service function plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient fulfilment of customer demand for both Grifols-manufactured and third-party products distributed worldwide.

The International Customer Service Specialist is responsible for managing order processing activities for international Biopharma distributors, third-party Bio Supplies customers, and replenishment orders for Grifols subsidiaries. The successful candidate will ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service and supporting a seamless end-to-end supply chain experience.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the end-to-end order process for international distributors, third-party customers, and company subsidiaries, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Review customer orders to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures before processing.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service by responding promptly and professionally to customer queries and requests.
  • Keep customers informed by providing regular updates on order status, delivery timelines, and product availability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate any potential supply issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure products are supplied on time and customer expectations are met.
  • Coordinate with Logistics and Export teams to support the timely shipment and delivery of customer orders.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve order-related issues where possible, escalating more complex matters to the appropriate teams.
  • Handle customer complaints in line with company policies, ensuring concerns are managed efficiently and professionally.
  • Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive a positive customer experience.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Process customer and stakeholder requests accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date records across relevant systems and databases.
  • Escalate complex issues to management when additional support or guidance is required.

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Exposure to SAP is an advantage.
  • A positive, enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • A proactive team player with a willingness to learn and take ownership of their work.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and with external customers.
  • A solution-oriented mindset, with the confidence to identify issues and work collaboratively to resolve them.
  • Highly organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • A customer-first approach, with a genuine passion for providing a positive customer experience.
  • Advanced or native Spanish speaking is an advantage, but not a requirement for the role.
