As a Production Planner, you will play a key role in balancing internal and external supply and demand for locally manufactured products. You will ensure timely production scheduling, material availability, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing process.

 

What your responsibilities will be

You will have the opportunity to:

 

  • Analyze supply and demand by reviewing MPS and MRP results to support accurate production planning.
  • Manage production schedules and procurement, including creating/releasing production orders and ensuring material availability.
  • Maintain and update MPS/MRP parameters and Material Master Data to keep planning outputs accurate.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Cost Controlling for artwork approvals, purchase order follow‑up, and costing updates.
  • Support change management and continuous improvement, including reviewing BOMs/routings, introducing new materials, and initiating Engineering Change Management processes.

 

Who you are

  • You have a Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP R3 or S4 HANA. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of cGMP and ISO 13485 quality systems (highly desirable).
  • You are autonomous and self-motivated and detail-oriented and organised. You have strong communication and teamwork skills.
