Intern - Quality Control & Quality Operations

Purpose & Responsibilities of Position:

As a Grifols Biologicals intern, the intern will be responsible for providing valuable support with administrative activities to different functional areas within the Quality Control and Quality Operation Departments.

• Assist in the maintenance, organization, reconciliation, and archival of GMP document and records.
• Aid in data entry and management of quality-related information in databases, laboratory information system, and spreadsheets, as needed.
• Provide support in preparation of boxes for archival of GxP data and in entering the pertinent information for traceability into the Physical Records Manager system.
• Preparation and processing of sampling supplies and in other administrative tasks (stamping, labeling, processing of GxP documents).
• Perform other administrative taks and support on special projects as assigned by the quality department

Skills/Qualifications/Education Requirements: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Candidate must be currently enrolled in 4 year degree program pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or Scientific field (Biology/Chemistry preferred) as rising junior or senior OR currently accepted or enrolled in Master’s or PhD program
• Candidate must currently have GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Familiarity/comfort with Excel, including working with Macros and pivot tables; Microsoft word and PowerPoint
