At Grifols Engineering S.A, we are looking for a Facilities Engineer to collaborate in the design, planning, coordination, and control of the execution of engineering projects for the company's facilities.
What your responsibilities will be
- You will design, plan, coordinate, and control the execution of complex engineering projects.
- You will execute civil works projects, Utilities, HVAC, clean rooms, electricity, firefighting, and energies.
- Hold meetings with clients to define and unify criteria and requirements that delimit the scope of the projects.
- Negotiate offers with suppliers, manage contracts and orders.
- Coordinate construction teams, both subcontracted and internal.
- Monitor construction and installations.
- Perform calculations and sizing of installations.
- Supervise and control the quality, budget, and scheduling of the projects.
- You write reports, manuals, and technical engineering documents.
- You will request, analyze, and file all necessary documentation from the project stakeholders.
- You will identify, calculate, and update all parameters related to the prepared reports.
- You will create technical reports to specify the parameters and functional tests of the developed facilities.

- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- You have significant experience in the execution and supervision of construction or remodeling projects.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously will be valued.
- You possess an advanced level of English (C1.1).
- Availability to travel occasionally, depending on the project.
- You are a proactive and dynamic person.
