Role Mission

Ensure proper coordination between Customer Service, Logistics, Technical Service and the customer, to deliver highest level of performance in product supplies and service to customers (on time and in a cost-effective manner).

 

What your responsibilities will be

 

  • You will ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided to both internal and external customers.
  • You will to day management of defined customer accounts for tasks such as; customer accounts set up and customer data management, monitoring producto availability, product batch allocation, sales order process in SAP, orders preparation and monitoring with EMEA warehouse, logistics organization for product delivery, shipments and transports follow up with warehousing and transportation providers to ensure validated packaging and products integrity, product and services billing.preparation and monitoring with EMEA warehouse, logistics organization for product delivery, shipments and transports follow up with warehousing and transportation providers to ensure validated packaging and products integrity, product and services billing.
  • You will provide support to technical group by managing trunk stocks replenishment and spare parts ordering and return management, check and approval of freight invoices, freight costs drivers and controls. Customer complaints (SAP Fiori), Deviation management (DR/CAPA).
  • You will Maintain communication with Customers/Sales Representatives in order to understand requirements and optimize service performance business expansion, actively ensure CSR participation to any tender process and coordinate with appropriate department and follow up.
  • You will provide any support to Quality Audit.

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Customer Service or similar.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language (Level C1- Necessary), and Italian language (Desirable).
  • Previous experience, 2 years in similar positions (logistics area), preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • User-level SAP proficiency.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make structured decisions on a routine basis.                                                                               
  • Must be proactive, results oriented, and have strong attention to detail.                                                                    
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgment.                                                         
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet targeted deadlines.  
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment.
